The building benefits from best in class specification and it was no surprise there was significant interest in the unit. The fact the building let quickly after practical completion underlines the excellent quality of build and the first class location with access to M1 and M6 motorways in minutes” .
Chris Utley at RUL said “We are very pleased to enter into a long term agreement with Coba International. Like RUL, they are a privately owned family run company who will add to and complement the tenant mix at Europark. On the back of this letting, our attention now switches to further speculative development on the site which will be announced by the agency team shortly”.
This letting comes shortly after the letting of Unit 11 to Enterprise Rent a Car who took the units and 3.21 acre yard on a long term lease. As a result of both the lettings to Unit 11 and Europark 44, all existing buildings are now let.
